Accessibility or Disabled Parking
We provide accessible parking spaces for individuals with mobility challenges at two convenient locations. You can find these spaces at the North entrance, outside Savoire Café, and at the West entrance of the mall. To use these designated parking spots, please ensure that your mobility card or parking permit is clearly displayed on the dashboard.
Support Animals
We warmly welcome certified guide and assistance dogs to accompany their owners during their visit. To ensure a seamless experience, certification is required from approved organizations such as Assistance Dogs, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ, or the New Zealand Blind Foundation. Parents Parking
We understand the unique needs of parents with babies and toddlers while shopping. To make your visit hassle-free, we offer designated Parents with Prams parking bays conveniently located at the West entrance of the mall, which is the main entrance from the car park.
Parent Room Facilities
Our ground-floor Parent Room facilities have been thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of families. The Parent Room includes a private feeding room, changing tables, a microwave, a bathroom, a child's toilet, and a delightful play area for children. Location - north corridor opposite OPSM.
